About these terms
These terms apply when you use Skuvera, a product data tool for Shopify merchants operated by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using Skuvera, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.
The service
Skuvera includes free tools that check and fix product files in your browser, optional AI suggestions, and paid features for signed-in users. Some features are in beta and may change.
Acceptable use
Use Skuvera only for data you're allowed to work with, and follow the laws that apply to you. Don't try to disrupt the service, get around usage limits, access other people's accounts or data, or use automated means to overload the service.
Check results and your store
Checks and fixes follow Shopify's published requirements and help you find likely problems, but they can't catch every issue, and Shopify may change its requirements. Review your data and the fixed file before you import them. You're responsible for what you import into your store. Skuvera is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
AI suggestions
AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They take effect only when you choose to use them, so review each one first. AI features have usage limits, which we may adjust.
Your account
You're responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Paid plans
Paid plans are sold through Creem, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoices and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase, email us at mrwangdev@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase and we'll refund it. Renewals and later purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
Your data
You keep all rights to your product data. We don't claim ownership of it and use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Skuvera available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of Skuvera. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Skuvera at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop providing all or part of the service, and will give paying users reasonable notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using Skuvera after a change, you accept the updated terms.
