Shopify CSV 匯入錯誤「Fulfillment service can't be blank」的解決方法

這則錯誤代表什麼

Fulfillment service（舊版檔案為 Variant Fulfillment Service）告訴 Shopify 由誰出貨。Shopify 的欄位說明把 manual 列為預設值，但當相關的庫存欄位有值時（例如 Inventory tracker 為 shopify），這個欄位不能留空，否則匯入會以這則錯誤停止。

常見原因

• 新增款式列時沒有填寫這個欄位。
• 編輯或合併檔案時清空了這個欄位。
• 檔案來自沒有這個欄位的平台。

解決方法

1. 找到錯誤訊息中的列。
2. 在 Fulfillment service 中填寫 manual；如果使用出貨服務應用程式，則填寫它的名稱。
3. 同一商品的其他款式也要填寫這個欄位。
4. 以 CSV UTF-8 格式儲存，然後重新匯入。

自訂出貨服務應該怎麼填？

把服務名稱改成小寫、空格換成連字號並去掉特殊字元。例如 Joan's Fulfillment 寫成 joans-fulfillment。這個服務必須事先在 Shopify 管理介面設定好。

可以寫成首字母大寫的 Manual 嗎？

請使用與 Shopify 匯出檔案一致的小寫 manual，以免被拒絕。
